Okereke Not Invited Back to The Bloc Party?

Singer Kele Okereke is worried about his job as the frontman of the Bloc Party after his band-mates held a recording session without him. The band announced a hiatus in 2009, so that Okereke could work on his solo career. Bloc Party guitarist Russell Lissack confirmed in April that the group was planning to get back together and announced plans to work on a new album. Apparently no one bothered to tell the singer. Okereke was left stunned when Lissack, bassist Gordon Moakes and drummer Matt Tong staged a jam session together in New York without him. His suspicions were raised when he spotted members of the band entering a rehearsal space together. Okereke is quoted as saying "I hope I haven't been fired. I don't really know what's going on, because we haven't really spoken recently and I'm a bit too scared to ask."
